Currently, we are hiring for the position of:

Patient Service Consultant with English
Miejsce pracy: Lublin

The ideal candidate should have a perfect command of English language, show compassion for others as well as be experienced in working with patients.

You will be responsible for:

  • support and assistance for English speaking patients
  • making inbound and outbound calls
  • making appointments for medical tests
  • working via clients medical software
  • advising on a suitable offer basing on a customer’s needs

We require:

  • excellent English level (C1/C2/native)
  • ability to work min. 120 hours/month
  • high level of empathy and relationship building/interpersonal skills
  • excellent written and oral communication skill
  • attention to details and responsibility
  • general computer navigation
  • basic knowledge of medical testing would be an asset
