Currently, we are hiring for the position of:
Patient Service Consultant with English
Miejsce pracy: Lublin
The ideal candidate should have a perfect command of English language, show compassion for others as well as be experienced in working with patients.
You will be responsible for:
- support and assistance for English speaking patients
- making inbound and outbound calls
- making appointments for medical tests
- working via clients medical software
- advising on a suitable offer basing on a customer’s needs
We require:
- excellent English level (C1/C2/native)
- ability to work min. 120 hours/month
- high level of empathy and relationship building/interpersonal skills
- excellent written and oral communication skill
- attention to details and responsibility
- general computer navigation
- basic knowledge of medical testing would be an asset
