Dragons Lake is a multi-genre game development studio for PC and consoles. We are proud to<\/span>
work on outstanding AAA titles such as Outriders, The Quarry, Life is Strange, and many others.<\/span>
We are looking for an exceptional candidate to enhance their skills in Render development and<\/span>
enter the GameDev industry. After a successful internship, you’ll be working on triple-A projects<\/span>
alongside top industry professionals.<\/span>
Now, this is what we expect from you:<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> At least Intermediate level of English;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Fundamental knowledge of C++: primitive data types, Inheritance, polymorphism in C++,<\/span>
memory model, lambda expressions, algorithms and data structures, compilation and linking;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> A learner\u2019s mindset;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Good mathematical skills (Vectors, Matrices and operations with them);<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Basic understanding or desire to learn computer graphics;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> And, of course, a passion for video games.<\/span>
This is how you get in here:<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Send an application;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Do a test task \u2013 it takes 1 week \u2248 30-40 hours;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Have technical and soft skills interview \u2013 1,5 hours;<\/span>
\u25cf<\/span> Have a<\/span> fi<\/span><\/span>nal interview with the Lead trainer.<\/span>
All stages take place online. Your progress will be supervised by our mentors who will guide you<\/span>
through the learning process. After the internship, you will get the opportunity to join the Dragons<\/span>
Lake team as a C++ Engine\/Render Developer.<\/span>
This is a paid internship, so you will be fairly rewarded for your hard work. Apply now, and after<\/span>
the review of your application, you will get a test task. This task is going to be related to C++<\/span>
fundamentals, the knowledge of which is a key to your success. Based on the results of the test<\/span>
task, we will invite you to a technical interview.<\/span>
As an intern, you will have the opportunity to create your very own Rendering Engine and learn all<\/span>
about producing a wide range of visual effects. Throughout the program, you’ll implement a simple<\/span>
CPU ray tracer and study the GPU language and a graphics API like Direct3D 11.<\/span>
