B2)<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0can-do-it and problem-solving attitude<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0the ability to talk to anyone and cooperate with a team<br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0willingness to take first steps in IT<\/p>\n<p><strong>It&#8217;s not essential, but we appreciate if you also have:<\/strong><br \/>\n\u2022\u00a0\u00a0 \u00a0basic IT skills (Microsoft products, internet, etc.) or a technically oriented mind<\/p>\n<p><strong>We don\u2019t require professional experience. You will be working among experts, where willingness to learn new things is supported by a wide range of trainings designed to improve your skills.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>What duties will help you grow as an expert?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>You will be a member of the team which helps our customers to solve any technical issues experienced while using computer.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>After an induction training you will be able to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>handle incoming phone calls\/ e-mails from customers regarding technical issues related to everyday usage of a computer<\/li>\n<li>analyze and resolve most common enquiries using step-by-step solutions provided to you deliver high quality standard service to customers<\/li>\n<li>cooperate with IT specialist team to deal with more complex issues<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>In case you won\u2019t be able to handle it on your own, you will have a team of colleagues to always back you up.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>What your development path can look like?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Discover IT!
